Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship worldwide. International customers will receive parcels via Royal Mail and tracking information will be provided.

How long do orders take to ship?

We work Monday - Friday sorting out shipment. Orders placed between Friday - Sunday will be shipped out, the following Monday at the start of the week. It takes 1 - 2 days to process and ship all parcels, then a further 1 - 3 business days for orders to be shipped.

My tracking information tells me that my parcel has been delivered however I am still yet to receive it?

In the rare occurrence in which your tracking shows “delivered” to your address but you haven’t received it. You must then file a ‘lost’ package claim with the courier to open an investigation on the matter.

After filing a claim, proceed to email info.sosolid@gmail.com along with your claim number and we will follow this up with the shipping carrier.

What is the best way to wash my SO SOLID gear?

We recommend that you wash with cold or warm water and hang to dry

What is the best way to stay up to date with restocks?

Sign up for mailing list on the emailing pop up or scroll to the bottom of the page to insert your email address to be messaged directly when items are restocked and in inventory.

Another way to make sure that you are kept up-to-date is to follow all our social media platforms, as we will be constantly announcing restocks as well as give-aways, updates, newsletters, discount codes, flash sales and much more.

How long does it take for customer service to get back to me?

Our customer service team work Monday-Friday, responding to all queries. Expect 1-2 business days days for a response.

Can I change or cancel my order after my order has been placed?

Unfortunately, once the order has been placed it can not be edited. However, we can attempt to cancel your order before it ships out to you so that you can place another order with the correct items.

What is your return/ exchange policy

Unfortunately, SO SOLID cannot exchange or refund any fitness products due to hygiene reasons. As a result of COVID-19.

Any product/parcels returned by the customer without acknowledgement from a member of the support team will not be returned/exchanged or refunded.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your support.
